Director of Customer Service

In his role as Director of Customer Service, Mark Goodell is responsible for managing key customer relationships to create the highest level of customer satisfaction, and overall development and execution of marketing and sales strategies to generate revenue. He has over 25 years of experience in nuclear facility and program management, information technology management, and client services/customer care management.

He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, SC, and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC.
