Response AI Solutions, LLC Awarded $450M Small Business Prime Contract Under NAVY’s WEXMAC 2.0 IDIQ GWAC
ARLINGTON, VA — Response AI Solutions, LLC (RAI), the parent company of Global Emergency Response, Inc. (GER), is proud to announce it has been awarded a Small Business Prime Contract under the U.S. Navy’s WEXMAC 2.0 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). The contract—valued at up to $450 million over a 10-year period—positions Response AI Solutions as a key provider of rapid expeditionary logistics and mission support for federal agencies worldwide.
Awarded by the NAVSUP 02 Contracting Directorate under Solicitation No. N0002324R0001 and Contract No. N0002325D0075, this firm-fixed price IDIQ spans a base period from January 2025 through December 2029, with an option period extending through 2034.
The WEXMAC 2.0 contract supports a wide array of mission-critical operations, including:
- Theater Opening (RSOI)
- Sustainment and Stability Operations
- Theater Distribution
- Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR)
- Contingency Response
- Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA)

Under WEXMAC 2.0, RAI will provide essential services and supplies including medical support, lodging, base operations, transportation, communications, and life-support, all with a 72-hour fulfillment requirement. The contract ensures support across the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories in the Atlantic and Pacific regions.
RAI’s comprehensive approach to logistics and mission support includes seamless integration with subcontractors and host nation resources, aligning with NAICS 541614 for logistics and efficiency consulting. As part of this contract, the company will maintain flexible task order management and rapid response capabilities, adapting to emerging mission needs as directed by the U.S. Government.
